The Rehearsal
This is a set of cover art graphics for season two of Nathan Fielder’s series
The Rehearsal on HBO Max. The work was created under the constraint that all compositions be made by hand.
The imagery visualizes the mental health pressures faced by commercial airline pilots. Pilots operate under extreme expectations with no margin for error, while often lacking access to emotional support or appropriate medication. These systemic pressures are explored within the themes of the show and are reflected in the compositions.
Awards
These awards were given by the American Advertising Federation at the Knoxville Chapter’s 2026 ADDY awards. The Best of Show and Judge’s Choice are the highest awards offered at the competition and the Silver ADDY award qualifies the work to be submitted for further competition at the regional level with potential for it to compete at the national level.
